How long does production take?

Timelines depend on quantity and product mix. Design and proofing usually move quickly, with manufacturing and freight making up most of the lead time. We confirm dates with your quote.

Can I design my own packaging?

Yes. If you have print-ready artwork we'll work to your dielines and specifications. If you'd rather we handle it, our design team can take it from there.

Can MobileHQ help with artwork?

Absolutely. Our in-house designers build the full packaging concept — layout, typography, finishes and dielines — around your logo and brand guidelines.

What products can be packaged?

Phone cases, tempered glass, charging cables, chargers, adapters, audio accessories, memory cards and hundreds of other small electronics.

Can I reorder packaging later?

Yes. Your approved artwork stays on file, so repeat runs skip the design process and go straight to production.

What happens if I run out of boxes?

Let us know as early as you can and we'll schedule a reorder. Distribution Partner customers can hold buffer stock in local warehousing to avoid gaps.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes — 500 boxes on the Starter package, or 10,000 bags for universal branded bag packaging. These are far lower than most overseas manufacturers accept.

Can I upgrade to another package later?

Any time. Most retailers start with Starter or Growth and move up as their branded range sells through.
